Shipping policy

We only ship within Australia. 

We ALWAYS ship orders within 24 business hours, but reserve the right to delays of up to 48 business hours in case of issues beyond our control. 

We will contact you to discuss your options if we experience longer delays.

 

Once shipped, the responsibility of conveying your parcel to you is in the hands of the shipper. Delays and shipping times are completely beyond our control once the parcel is shipped.
